Can I cancel or change my order placed through the website?

Yes, please let us know by return (by phone or e-mail). We will then cancel or change your order.

Is a discount available?

No, sheet music is covered by the Fixed Book Price Act.

Can I order without having an account?

Yes, you can. While ordering, an account will be created for you. Handy for when you order from us again. In addition, you can keep a wish list in your account.

What payment options are available?

You can pay with us via iDeal, Credit Card or PayPal.

How can I order or pay from abroad?

You can order from us via the website or via e-mail. You will receive a proforma invoice including shipping costs and a link for payment. Upon receipt of your payment the order will be shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

If you order for less than € 25,- we charge € 5,00 shipping costs, for an order amount between € 25,- and € 50,- the shipping costs are € 3,50. With an order above € 50,- you pay no shipping costs (all for shipments within the Netherlands). For shipments outside the Netherlands all shipping costs will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation. From Postnl you will receive an e-mail with a code to track your package.

Your order will be delivered by Postnl.

How can I exchange or return an item?

If you do not wish to keep a product for any reason, you are legally entitled to return it within fourteen days. You may return the sheet music, properly packaged, to our post office box stating your details.

How is the return charge going?

The return costs will be at your expense. The return costs will be at our expense if an item is damaged or if we sent an incorrect item.

How long does it take for the money to be refunded?

Refunds will be made within fourteen days of receipt of your return.
